Photography enthusiast and visionary Perfecto “Toto” T. Uy Jr. established Cotabato Color Lab (CCL) in 1984 in Cotabato City,

with its first branch as Perfect Image proudly opened along Pioneer Avenue in General Santos City in 1989. From a humble photo laboratory and studio,

we grew into one of Mindanao’s most recognized names in photography and printing. Continuing today with thirteen strong locations across

General Santos, Tacurong, Cotabato, Midsayap, Kidapawan, Davao City, and more. Among these are our Fujifilm Wonder Photo Shop in

SM City General Santos — an officially franchised Fujifilm Concept Store — and JR Photo Lab, serving customers in Polomolok, Koronadal, Isulan, and Digos.

We specialize in photo printing, ID and studio packages, tarpaulin and photobook production, canvas and sticker printing, and other

creative imaging services. Our ID packages are accepted for visa applications and other formal documents, a mark of our precision

and consistency in meeting global standards. Using Fujifilm and Noritsu Minilabs and large-format Canon printers, we ensure every print meets the
